Extranet Management:  We manage the annual and tactical rate load for all OTAs and most PMS and channel management systems.  We join the various promotional campaigns as solicited and manage digital marketing where needed.  

Competitor Analysis, Placement & Positioning:  We examine the competition as well as the existing position of the property in the marketplace.  This allows us to suggest a proper strategic direction.  We will also ensure property placement, content, rate, and inventory maintenance.  We work with operators to gain top search result placement.

Strategic Tactical Planning:  After competitor review, we will suggest a proper rate structure and on-going tactical promotions for use in e-commerce and trade activities.  FIT contracts will be developed for operator usage where needed.

Revenue Reports:  We review the various OTA reports and provide suggestions for areas that require improvement.  We will also prepare the internal Revenue Management Report on a weekly basis for discussion with the sales team. 

Marketing Plan Development: The plan will define the target audiences, message, and will help connect the villa properties to the North American market.  We will refine the value proposition, key benefits, and unique selling points.  A plan will also be developed for lead generation.

Sales Representation:  This would include sales calls, presentations to tour operators, travel agencies, and trade show attendance, in addition to lead creation and follow-up.

Reports:  We will provide quarterly reports and will have scheduled calls with management.
